My Justice League picks, seventh collage:
Only a year ago the Justice League was formed in a birth of fire. On all sides 
they were surrounded by their enemies, from Lex Luthor's ruthless assasins to 
a gang of vigilantes calling themselves the 'Hand of Vengeance', led by the 
notorious criminal Star Sapphire. 
   But instead of being crushed by their enemies, the Justice League fought 
back bravely, and many times were victorious, thanks to the iron will of Jordan 
Cross, the bravery of Bart Allen, the honorable Kyle Tippet, and the 
inspiration of Kal-El, a Kryptonian. 
   Today, in light of recent infighting between their enemies, the Justice 
League has become more powerful than ever. In the city of Metropolis, tales of 
the Justice League's activities become legendary among the metahumans living 
there. Many of these metahumans, now living as criminals or vigilantes, are becoming 
more and more influenced by the example of the Justice League. As a result, the 
League is flooded with requests for membership. 
   The League's reponse to many of these requests is to accept only after the 
applicants face justice for their crimes. Some agree, but many do not, and 
continue to plague our fair city with violence.
